Shipping costs
Shipping is currently provided via DHL for the continental USA and UPS for Canada. Rates and times vary according to the type of service desired but in all cases the postage rates are the lowest possible for the detination and type of service owing to commercial accounts with various carriers.
Returns policy
While we are happy to change any faulty product within seven days of dispatch, If customers wish to return goods which are not faulty they should note that return postage will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 20% of the price will apply.
